Photo bundle policy

What we ask of photographers who contribute, and what we promise in return. Short, and in plain words.

Free bundles

A free bundle is offered to the community at no charge. Artists draw from it in the practice tools; nobody downloads or resells it.
You can ask for a free bundle to be removed at any time. We confirm and take it down.
Your name and link appear on every image, unless you chose to stay anonymous.

Submit only photos you own the rights to: you took them, or you are the model and have the photographer's permission.
Every person shown needs a signed model release. Every pet or owned animal needs an owner release. Crowds in public places where no single person is the focus are the exception.
By submitting, you give ART GYM a non-exclusive right to show the photos, resized but never edited, as reference images in our practice tools, on the website and in any future ART GYM app. You keep every other right.
Submitting images found online, or images made by AI, gets an account banned from contributing.

Adults only. No nudity, no glamour or sexy poses, nothing heavily edited or filtered.
Natural, energetic, everyday. Clothing that people actually wear.
Nothing that shows a private or sensitive situation, and nothing taken without the person's knowledge.

At least 2000 px wide for landscape photos, 1600 px tall for portrait ones. Sharp, well exposed, straight out of the camera apart from basic corrections.
Up to 200 photos per bundle, at least 5. One category per bundle; it cannot change after upload.
Every photo tagged with the filters for its category, so artists can find it.

Draft: yours to edit. In review: locked, with a note thread between us. Needs changes: back to you with notes. Scheduled: approved, with a release date so bundles are spaced out. Published: live in the tools. Removed: taken down at your request or ours.
We email you at every step.

Anyone can report an image. A report from the photographer or from a person shown hides the image at once until we have looked.
