ART GYM Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mentorship sessions (one-to-one)

• Cancel 24 hours or more before the session start time: full refund, automatically, from your dashboard.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before, or do not attend: no refund. The instructor may offer one reschedule at their discretion.
• If the instructor cancels or does not attend: full refund, automatically, and you may rebook.
• Packages of multiple sessions: unused sessions follow the same 24-hour rule individually.

Live workshops

• Full refund for cancellations made before the workshop's first session starts.
• No refund once the workshop has started, including for missed sessions.
• If a workshop is cancelled because it did not reach its minimum number of students by the cutoff date, or is cancelled by the instructor or ART GYM for any reason: full refund, automatically, to everyone enrolled.

Recorded courses (Google Drive access)

• Because access is granted immediately and the content is digital, purchases are final once the course folder has been opened.
• If access was never granted or never opened, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

How to cancel

From "My sessions" in your account, or by emailing artgym@bigcatanimation.com with your booking reference. The time of the request is what counts.

Problems with a session

If a session did not happen as booked (wrong link, instructor absent, technical failure on our side), email artgym@bigcatanimation.com or WhatsApp us at WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will refund or rebook you.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we resolve almost all issues within two business days. Charges appear on your statement as BIG CAT ANIMATION.
